My Book Review Policies
*ahem* No portion of this site may be reproduced or used without the express written consent of the author. (Seriously.)
- I would love requests from authors and publishers to read and review books, and welcome advanced copies (I accept both e-book and traditional format)
- Genres I Love: fantasy, science fiction, YA (especially in fantasy and sci-fi), historical fiction, childrens (age 9-12), the classics, mysteries, thrillers - or any combination thereof!
- Please no requests for self-published work
- My reviews are purely based on my own opinions and point-of-view. I do have a B.A. in English and a B. Ed. in Early Childhood Education, so I may as well use those for something!
- I have spent a GREAT amount of my life reading a wide variety of books, and will be drawing on that personal experience
- I use the ol' 5 star system
4 Stars = It was really good
3 Stars = It was pretty good/ just okay
2 Stars = Wasn't for me/ I finished it, but it was painful
1 Star = Had a hard time reading/ did not finish/ possibly angered me
